Terry Hann, the holder of the highest distinction of “Grand Master” of the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers (NZIPP), has pursued a career as a commercial photographer specializing in the primary industry, and in particular the seafood industry.
Terry has run his own business for the past 25 years and can often be found leaning over the back of a fishing trawler retrieving new specimens to add to his growing collection of fish images, now a popular poster in fish and chip shops and featured on fishing industry websites.
Terry would like to share his passion and how it has contributed to his business.
His presentation will explain how he has adapted over the years to stay current in a rapidly changing profession, including the creation of one off photo books and short videos using some small but effective devices.
We’ll see some of Terry’s fine art and other images that helped him in stages to achieve the NZIPP “Grand Master” Award.
